The northern heiress to the Cristalleries d’Arques, tenacity was her only watchword. She took her commitment all the way to Argentina, in the vines of Mendoza. Her south-american dream, Monteviejo Bodega, a reference of the genre, would be the starting point for the career of her right hand man Marcelo Pelleriti,

Cheval Noir Bordeaux Blanc A blend of wines from various partner winegrowers, Cheval Noir Bordeaux Blanc reflects the skill of our oenologists. A major effort has been undertaken in Bordeaux to identify those terroirs most propitious to ripening Sauvignon Blanc, the main variety in Cheval Noir Bordeaux Blanc. The other variety, Sémillon, adds roundness to the wine. The grapes are picked early to retain their fresh fruitiness. The wine is specially made to express Sauvignon Blanc’s rich aromas. Skin contact and cold fermentation maximize the extraction of aromas and aroma precursors. Ageing on the less with regular stirring gives balance, finesse, structure, and length, while concentrating aromas.
