Located close to the city of Bordeaux and bordering on the Pessac-Léognan appellation, this 20-hectare vineyard was taken over in 1997 by Isabelle and Grégoire Gabin, who came from agricultural and winegrowing backgrounds. In the interest of quality, they undertook an ambitious restructuring of both the vineyard and cellar.
This white Graves wine is mostly made with Sauvignon grapes. Resulted from a claylimestone soil and aged in vats, this blend is the cause of this fruity wine with citrus and exotic fruits notes.
